About Reviews

At BreathFinder, building trust is at the core of our brand. Once a listing is approved via our Vetting Qualification Process, the building of the listing continues as client reviews and ratings are incorporated.

To ensure our practitioners and breath coaches adhere to professional conduct and provide ongoing quality care, each client is invited to provide a review after every interaction with a BreathFinder business, practitioner or breath coach i.e. a discovery call, treatment or service offering.

The review process is open to both client and practitioner input on any service provided and is a great way to receive acknowledgement and to build your own professional brand.

After each review is received, a business, practitioner or breath coach is notified and given an opportunity to respond. This could be to express gratitude to the client who has taken the time to give feedback, or to address concerns on the experience received. Both are equally important to be done professionally as a review, and corresponding response is a great way to build engagement with both your clients, and potential clients.

As outlined in our Review Policy, all review heart ratings may cover various aspects of a practitioner session i.e. quality of care, quality of service, communication and level of professionalism. They do not relate to any clinical aspects (e.g. symptoms, diagnosis or treatment, or outcome).

We decided that hearts was more inline with our platform rather than stars as every review left for any business, or breath coach was a heart felt decision 🙂

BreathFinder reserves the right to not post a review that does not meet the criteria set out in the review policy or uphold our community Code Of Ethics.

If a business, practitioner or breath coaches review feedback (and rating) falls below a certain level or does not meet our community Code OF Ethics, BreathFinder will take steps to fully understand and address concerns. This may include removal of a business, practitioner or breath coach from our Global Breath Collective however, it could also be deemed to be an opportunity for professional development, or business process improvement.
