Promoting the right practitioners is integral to our purpose and imperative for us to build trust with our brand.
Each practitioner has been meticulously selected and has passed all five stages of the BreathFinder Qualification process providing you with the highest standard of care.
To ensure quality control and maintain the integrity of BreathFinder’s reputation, our team will also conduct annual reviews of our practitioner profiles.
All practitioners hold up to date insurance, qualifications and be a member of a relevant professional accreditation, association or foundation where deemed necessary.
At BreathFinder, building trust is at the core of our brand. Qualified practitioner have been meticulously selected and have passed all five stages of the BreathFinder Qualification process.
Once practitioners are approved, it is important their profile remains current and reflects any relevant changes that may have occurred in their business. All significant changes and/or documentation will be required to be verified before being added to their profile.
To ensure quality control and maintain the integrity of BreathFinder’s reputation, our team will also conduct annual reviews of our practitioner profiles. If there are any significant changes, we will be in contact to discuss any remedial action needed to be taken.
Insurances
To remain on the platform, we require practitioners to provide a current certificate of currency on its renewal. This is usually on an annual basis. If they have elected to pay their insurance premium on a monthly debit basis, we ask that they still provide us with the current certificate of currency for our records.
If an insurance policy does go out of date, they will be notified through a series of emails. These notifications will commence a fortnight out from the expiry date, and assistance will provided if required. Once the expiry date has been reached, and if no current insurance details are provided, their profile will be hidden from the platform until insurance details are received.
Association memberships, Foundations and qualifications
Memberships of associations, foundations, education and training, qualifications may have changed after their profile was approved. They can submit any documentation to support these changes directly through their dashboard. Once received, it will go through our vetting process and verified before reflected onto their profile.
Once approved, they will be able to connect the appropriate qualification to the relevant service offering.
Regulated practitioners
For practitioners who are registered with Associations & Foundations their registration needs to remain current with the appropriate national body. We request that they inform us of any significant changes and/or de-registration.
The practitioner team will also conduct a review of de-registrations as part of their annual review.
Once you have selected your practitioner by using our explore pages on the homepage or browsing the Breathing Method categories, you can find out more about the practitioners offerings by clicking on their profile.
Each practitioner profile includes a biography, photos, accreditation’s, and treatment pricing for you to learn more about their service.

We encourage you to use the complimentary discovery call service that is available on the practitioners listing to determine whether they meet your needs.
At BreathFinder, we will only grow as you grow. We take a leadership role in supporting the breathing industry by providing training, a pathway for further support, and offering payment for your time.
Discovery calls are a one-off, free 15-30 minute session between a practitioner or breath coach and a potential client. This is an opportunity to ensure a practitioner’s offering connects with the client’s breathing concerns.
This complimentary service allows the client to ask questions, learn more about your expertise, and establish a relationship. If the client feels comfortable that you are a good fit, they can decide to move forward by scheduling a treatment.
You can contact a practitioner directly using our discovery call service that is available on the practitioner profile.
We encourage all interactions between our clients and our practitioners to be made on our platform to ensure we can appropriately manage any communication or other issues, should they arise.

You can update your details directly by logging into your dashboard. All significant changes and/or documentation will be required to be verified before being added to your profile.

Underlying everything we do is a behavioral science research approach and data-centric thinking that enables us to direct clients to the right practitioners. We empower clients in a number of ways from using our Robust Mega-Filter (search) system to an intuitive quiz (Coming Soon) that will guide clients to specific practices to try and the practitioners that specialize in them, whether they are close in location or have a remote offering. Search filters will be determined by location, client preferences, and reviews.
We invite our practitioners to contribute original written content to increase their exposure through events, courses, videos, reviews and articles as a subject matter expert and industry thought leaders.

Clearing Up Accounts & Billing FAQs
Go to the website login page
Log in with your email address and password!
If you are getting a rmessage alert that says “We couldn’t find an account for that email address,” try a different email address that we may have on file.
If you don’t remember your password, request a password reset here.
Once you are logged into the BreathFinder website, you can access all areas of your account through the Dashboard by clicking on your username in the menu area or by using this direct link.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by going to the Subscriptions tab under your account page and clicking the ‘Cancel’ button.
Please keep in mind that it will also erase all your current Listing data.
If you wish to also have your account completed removed from our platform, please send us a message on the form on our legal page.
Log into the Members Dashboard Portal.
Go to the Account tab.
Scroll down and you will see an option to change email address under Account Details section.
Once changed click on Save Changes.
For customers and consumers access to our website is free.
For Service Providers with have a free basic package (which will always remain free) and a yearly Foundation and Advanced subscription package.
As new features are added, membership tiers will be created so you can add to your basic membership and unlock these features.

Log into the Members Dashboard Portal.
Navigate to the Subscriptions tab to see all subscription payments, renewal dates and next invoice.
Also you can view all orders that completed, pending or failed from the Orders tab.
View your billing history, which includes the amount you paid and a description of your membership fees
Download an invoice for previous payments by clicking the “Invoice” button.

Absolutely! subscriptions can be upgraded or downgraded at any time by going to the Subscriptions tab under your account page and clicking the ‘Switch Plan’ button.
