Before proceeding with uploading and publishing content, Practitioners, Coaches, Leaders and Guides must first set up their Profile. To avoid delay, please make sure that your profile meets the requirements below.
PROFILE PHOTO
Your profile photo must be a high-quality portrait (head to-torso) with a resolution of at least 1600 x 1600 pixels (square photo), and a maximum file size of 600kb. Make sure that the focus is on your face and there’s enough space above your head so it will look good on the website. It must be well-lit, not at an awkward angle, not overly edited or heavily filtered, and not depict nudity or violence. No black-and-white images, and no selfies, please. No busy backgrounds or plain white backgrounds, too. It also must not have any text or borders. Please also make sure it’s a photo of just yourself and not with a pet, with your significant other, with your kid/s, or with any other people.
BIO / ABOUT / STORY
Your Profile Bio is a place for you to tell potential clients about yourself and your practice. Please make sure it is written in the third person, and keep it between 200 and 500 characters (about 60-80 words). Do not use emojis, all caps, and include web links – there are dedicated sections for this. All these requirements must be met before been published or being allowed to use the Live platform.
Infringement of or non-compliance with any of the above may result into rejection of Listings, delay in publishing as well as temporarily or permanently being banned from using and uploading content on our platform.
