How Do Reviews Work?

Members that are logged into our platform, can leave reviews on Listing pages to help others make better-informed decisions.

As part of the reviews, users can upload images, give Heart-based ratings on individual areas of experience, as well as give an overall heart-based rating.

Why Hearts instead of Stars you may ask:

We decided hearts was more inline with our platform rather than stars as every review left for any business, or breath coach was a heart felt decision 🙂

Listing owners can build up their reputation by accumulating positive ratings and reviews.

Everyone has to start somewhere and may not have their reputation built up, so not having any reviews isn’t necessarily a bad thing.

Reviews are always moderated, can only be submitted by registered users, and Listing owners cannot review their own Listings.

Members can be rated by different criteria, depending on their particular Listing Type.

Business:

  • Overall experience:  Use our 1-5 heart rating system to give an overall review on your experience.
  • Quality of Service:  May include: practitioner approachable, friendliness, cleanliness of the venue, facilities, accessibility, parking, and ease to locate.
  • Quality of Care:  May include: practitioner demonstrated empathy, respect and steps took to develop trust within the client/practitioner relationship.
  • Level of professionalism:  Did your appointment run on time, were you made to feel comfortable and safe, payment dealt with appropriately, follow up appointment if required, and did you feel seen or heard in a confidential manner.
  • Communication:  Were your needs discussed and was an appropriate action taken and/or plan to address agreed, was the overall experience conducted in a professional manner.
  • Recommend:  Would you recommend the business, practitioner or breath coach to a friend, family member or colleague.

Profile:

For this type of listing there is a section for previous testimonials to praise Breath Coaches, Practitioners, Leaders, Guides and Hosts. We decided this would be the best approach to ensure a fair review management system.

Events & Courses:

  • Any Events & Courses which have been organized by the business are listed on the main Business Profile reviews.  For these types of listings there is a section for previous testimonials of participants who have attended the same events or courses in the past and can testify on how great these events and courses have been.  We decided this would be the best approach to ensure a fair review management system.

Venue & Retreats:

  • Any Venue & Retreats which have been organized by the business are listed on the main Business Profile review section.  We decided this would be the best approach to ensure a fair review management system.

Videos:

  • You can Like or Comment on a Video listed on our platform.  This gives overall transparency and allows moderation on any issues related to the video to be corrected.
