To help protect you from fake reviews, and encourage reviews from your actual clients, we allow only clients who’re registered on our platform to leave a review or rating. As clients have to go to some effort to register it avoids spam or fake users to our site.
We monitor all reviews. When we see certain language or the same person leaving multiple reviews of a similar nature we’ll review these and take the necessary actions. This may include removing the reviews from the site and/or terminating that clients membership.
