We encourage practitioners to complete their own Listings for the sake of accuracy. However, we are there to help where needed. Please reach out to us and we will be more than happy to assist.
To help support you during the process of Listing creations, we do provide unlimited support via email for all of our members and encourage you to reach out to our team with any questions or concerns.
To receive support from our team, follow these steps:
1. Login to the Members Portal.
2. Navigate to the Support tab section of the portal.
3. Select the topic when logging a ticket that best fits what you are reaching out about (the most common is “I’d like support with my listing!”) and then hit Submit.
We are have help options throughout the Listing form to assist you further in the process.
