Alyse Bacine is a trauma-informed breathwork practitioner with over two decades of experience supporting deep emotional healing and personal transformation.
She first discovered breathwork at 19 while working in a yoga studio, during a time when she was navigating an eating disorder, anxiety, and challenges with self-worth. That experience became a turning point—offering her a new level of clarity around how early relationships had shaped her patterns, and opening the door to a different way of healing.
Motivated by this shift, Alyse immersed herself in breathwork training for several years, beginning to teach and work with clients in her early twenties. Since then, her path has continued to evolve—blending her lived experience with professional training in both clinical and somatic approaches.
Alyse holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and spent over a decade working as a school counselor, supporting emotional wellbeing and developing mindfulness-based programs. This background informs the grounded, trauma-aware approach she brings to her work today.
She is the creator of The Metamorphosis Method™, an integrative approach that combines breathwork, trauma-informed practices, and energy awareness. Her sessions focus on helping clients safely explore and release deeply held patterns—supporting change not just at a mental level, but within the body and nervous system.
Alyse’s work often explores how early relational experiences shape the way we show up in life, including our relationships, sense of self, and emotional patterns. She works with individuals who are ready to engage in meaningful inner work and create lasting shifts in how they feel and live.
Her work has been featured in Oprah Magazine, Well+Good, and Nylon, and she supports clients globally through 1:1 sessions, group experiences, and online programs.
Alyse supports clients who are ready to explore their inner world in a safe and supported way, using breathwork as a pathway to deeper awareness, healing, and lasting change.
