I have dedicated more than 10 years to research in optimising both mental and physical health.
My ultimate goal is to use the body and mind with a knowledge of practical methods to transform the physiology and psychology of my clients to create a happy life.
My mission is to help people enhance their quality of life. Using breathwork and learned resilience allows us to increase our internal focus.
