I have been using Breath practices since I was a teenager to manage panic disorder and help me in my part time job as a singer. I sadly lost a son in 2017 and this sparked a chain of big life events in which Breathwork became my lifeline, and eventually led me to certify as a Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release practitioner. Since I fully immersed myself into Breathwork and embraced the emotions & parts of me I’d been hiding or suppressing for so long, I have never felt more alive. I am so grateful to my son for that gift.
Breathwork has quite literally saved my life. It helped me overcome panic disorder, transform my fear into power in order to sing & speak in front of large crowds, but it also helped me navigate some of the most challenging experiences of my life, enabling me to find forgiveness, compassion & even gratitude for them. I have also been blessed to meet some of the most authentic & beautiful human beings on my Breathwork journey who have really helped reinforce my chosen path in life.

Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release. I believe safety is crucial before participating in or guiding people through a breathwork session, and the BBTRS certification is so thorough in equipping their practitioners with the trauma informed / polyvagal knowledge and practical somatic skills to do so safely without running the risk of retraumatising or shutting people down further. I have studied many modalities but this is the one that resonated most for me.
