Meet Ashanna Solaris:

Ashanna Solaris is a practitioner, trainer, co-founder and pioneer of the profound practice of Clarity Breathwork ~ a gentle nurturing feminine approach to healing, transformation and embodiment. She has led hundreds of trainings, workshops and retreats around the world.

She leads individuals through a powerful path of releasing their blocks so they can open to & live their greater potential. Many of her students go on to become Practitioners, bringing all of their sacred gifts into the work.

Ashanna brings a wealth of experience and training since 1990 in the healing arts integrating Breathwork, Light Body Meditation & transmission, Reiki & Energy Healing, Somatic Experiencing, Ritual, Dance and Movement. Ashanna has a deep passion to inspire others to live their fullest potential & give their greatest offering.

Ashanna studied theater at New York University which led her to a path of healing and personal growth including shamanism, intuitive arts, energy healing, hypnotherapy and past life regression, rebirthing and breathwork, meditation, performance, dance, ritual.

She later completed her studies at California Institute of Integral Studies. Ashanna currently lives in the California Bay Area where she has her private practice and leads retreats to Costa Rica, Bali, Europe, Maui, Hawaii & Mt. Shasta, California.

Ashanna is also a beloved public speaker, officiant of ceremonies and presenter at many conferences, seminars and festivals. She is well known for her inspired Meditation Cd’s & Downloads which sell worldwide.
