How the Breath and I Became Friends I discovered the power of breathwork after experiencing severe burnout at age 25. Like many, I was young, wanted to pave the way for a successful career and make a lot of money. Balancing a full-time job while studying in my fifth year took a toll on my health, leaving me with recurring tonsillitis for months. Furthermore, I was short of breath during sports, frequently mouthbreathing and my nervous system was completely dysregulated, which showed itself in constant colds, flus and other sicknesses. I restarted meditating (which I began at age 14) again, but it was very challenging to drop my body "into the zone" after long days, which would sometimes be 16 hours of working, studying and stressful commutes of 350 kilometers per day. I never really liked yoga or breathwork techniques at this point, even though I was heavily drawn to spirituality and meditation from a very young age. This is when I came into contact with Pranayama thanks to my uncle, who suggested Nadi Shodhana (alternative nostril breathing) to me. Daily practice made me soon realize the first, small positive changes and finish my studies successfully! This kicked off a decade long journey to this day, which fascinates me about the power of the breath and its potential benefits for almost every area of our lives.

Similarly, I have 20 years of experience with meditation, 10 years of experience with breathwork, which enables me to offer transformational breathwork with huge potential for self-growth and healing through more intense sessions.
