Alchemical Flow

Aisha is a committed practitioner in body-based therapy, specializing as a certified Biodynamic Breath and Trauma Release System® (BBTRS®) practitioner and mentor, as well as a mentor and facilitator for Seven Directions Breathwork®. Her exploration of holistic well-being led her to the completion of the Academy of Systematic Kinesiology® in London, adding depth to her expertise.

However, the most profound and transformative aspect of her education emerged through overcoming her own emotional challenges. Rather than from textbooks or lectures, her lessons came from confronting self-doubt, fear, and adversity. Challenges manifested in various facets of her life leading her to a profound understanding of herself and the world. This personal journey became the catalyst for an ongoing transformation in the beautiful adventure of life.

At the heart of Aisha's work is supporting women in their journey of self-discovery, unlocking their feminine creativity, and realising their true potential from the depths of their hearts and pelvises. In her sessions, she cultivates a nurturing space, empowering women to express their inner freedom, liberate their inner voices and find emotional flow, ultimately fostering peace across all emotional states.
