This is a resting breath session for pure peace....scientifically proven to switch on your parasympathetic nervous system
By using brainwave therapy, heart coherence , rhythmic breathing and breath holds (these bring you to a deep state of relaxation, calming your nervous system) I also am lead by the Holy Spirit
