Cyclic Sighing Breathwork Practice
Video Description

Cyclic Sighing Breathwork Practice. A new, exciting study showed that a 5-minute daily breathwork and mindfulness meditation improve mood and reduce anxiety, and enhance our physiological state, including respiratory rate, heart rate, and heart rate variability. All these good things in just five minutes a day! The study compared three different types of breathing (Cyclic Sighing, Box Breathing, and Cyclic Hyperventilation) and Mindfulness Meditation with spontaneous natural breathing pattern. Out of the four, there was a clear winner - Cyclic Sighing (also called Double Inhale Breathing or Physiological Sighing). To help you practice the technique of Physiological Sighing, I have recorded this short instructional video. About 2 minutes of theory and 5 minutes of practice. Let’s do it together daily for 30 days. Are you ready to feel better? Let’s do it!
