What sparked your interest in breathwork and set you on your journey?

During COVID, my business and personal world were deeply shaken. Like many people, I found myself pausing and asking bigger questions about what I truly wanted my life to look and feel like. During that time, I immersed myself in over 30 transformational courses and began re-examining my beliefs, purpose, and dreams. That inner journey ultimately led me to release my advertising agency and step into a new path as a Transformational Coach. When I discovered breathwork, I immediately felt how powerfully it deepened presence and healing by bringing the inner work into the body. I became a SOMA Breath instructor and quickly saw the incredible shifts it created in others. Breathwork soon became a central part of both my personal health practice and the work I do with clients.

How has breathwork positively impacted your life?

Breathwork has significantly improved my health, energy, and overall well-being. It has helped release physical tension, shift limiting mindsets, and reconnect me with my deeper vision and purpose. It has also transformed my work as a coach, allowing me to create powerful experiences that help others access healing, clarity, and personal breakthroughs. Most importantly, breathwork has helped me feel more aligned with my true self and live with greater presence, gratitude, and connection to others and to Source.

What advice would you give to someone curious about starting their own breathwork journey?

Start by finding a trusted guide who makes you feel safe and supported. A good facilitator can help open the door to powerful experiences and teach you foundational techniques. From there, build a simple daily practice—even just a few minutes a day—and join group sessions when possible. The combination of personal practice and guided experiences can accelerate growth. Most importantly, stay curious and open to stepping outside your comfort zone. That’s often where the most powerful breakthroughs happen.

If you had to name One favorite breathing exercise or method what would it be and why?

One of my favorites is the SOMA Breath method because it combines music, movement, and rhythmic breathing into a deeply immersive experience. It allows sessions to be customized depending on what a group or individual needs—whether that’s relaxation, emotional release, energy, or deeper inner exploration. Just as we are constantly evolving, breathwork can evolve with us and support whatever we’re ready to shift or expand.
