Personal Philosophy
To create a deep connection between body, mind and spirit with mindfulness and sensitivity.
My path to bodywork was not only a professional decision, but also a personal journey that arose from challenges that have shaped my life.
After a failed surgery, I was in severe pain for several years. This period coincided with the COVID lockdowns, which made recovery even more difficult. In the midst of all this, I also faced the challenge of becoming a father, while at the same time my relationship at the time was falling apart and my own father passed away.
During this time, my autonomic nervous system was severely dysregulated – characterized by chronic stress and inner tension. It was only through Qigong, conscious breathwork and regular massage treatments that I was able to learn step by step to regulate my nervous system and find my way back to a state of security, calm and self-efficacy.
I was particularly influenced by a 10-day Vipassana silence retreat. In silence and mindfulness, I realized how important it is to let go – to accept impermanence and change as central aspects of life.
Today, I support people in getting back in touch with themselves, letting go of tension and balancing their nervous system – through breathing, meditation and mindful touch.
To create a deep connection between body, mind and spirit with mindfulness and sensitivity.
