Why learning to breathe better is a great idea?

This video focuses on why learning to breathe is a great idea. So if you've ever watched a toddler hold their bellies during inhalation.  This is the perfect diaphragmatic breathing briefing while what happens over the years is we begin to have stresses in our lives and micro to macro.

This can be anything from your mom shouting at you or maybe your first day at school or at work.  Or any of these experiences which shock you throughout your life.  And these can include environmental stresses, so poor air quality, road traffic.  So stress in our systems also happens when we want to express ourselves but it isn't deemed socially acceptable. So maybe that's a work or a school to show our emotions.

It's in these moments that we subconsciously hold our breath. Emotion is energy in motion, and the natural process for it is to enter and exit the body freely.  And so when we stop expressing ourselves fully, these little breath holes create tensions in the body.

And then there's a bigger trauma through life, such as accidents or deaths. So this is where our bodies go into what's called fight or flight mode. we suppress our emotions and we hold our breath.  We contract our contract our spiritual systems always lead to poor breath patterns in adulthood.

Mostly conscious, but most of our breathing is unconscious. And as far as I know, there isn't any culture where people are actually taught how to breathe.  So we're taught how to count how to draw how to brush our teeth, but we're not taught how to breathe. And yes, it's so essential because without it, we're not fully in our bodies. We're not fully living.

Most people come to the subject of breath work by not even knowing which muscles were used to breathe. And they were actually given very specific ones to ones that can make it open and effective and provide the most on energy possible. The most oxygen coming in, in order to energetically subsist systems. Yet when we make greeting a priority, we embrace it when we learn how to breathe effectively.

It's so powerful that really can enhance our lives in so many ways.  So there are days where our bodies are in physical pain, perhaps which is tense. And there are days when our minds just go crazy thoughts around and around that so our emotions get triggered, and can take over and these can become overwhelming subconscious connected breakfast, the ability to go into these levels, releasing the tension, integrating those feelings of pain, and to clear them and that leaves you feeling much calmer.

So we're able to build our capacity to relax with intensity and we're training deep relaxation, the system the way receiving system, but toning the autonomic nervous system, so that we're able to hold a higher charge of energy without going into panic or feeling overwhelmed.  Deep breathing causes the vagus nerve to signal to our nervous system to lower heart rates, lower blood pressure, and release cortisol which is stress from internal trauma.

And it also increases endorphins into the body. And these are chemicals produced by the body to relieve stress and pain.
And they work similarly to class drug drugs, which relieves pain or can produce a feeling of euphoria.  Most people are actually only getting about 25 to 30% of the capacity they could if they got their breathing open, and if it wasn't a conscious and unconscious.

So most people just don't realize that breathing is our main source of energy. You might think it's food or coffee. Yeah, and this 70% of the energy that we live with from day to day comes from our breathing, but getting oxygen from the other elements that come into our lungs, and then go out into the bloodstream, and then nurture and regenerate ourselves.

If you've ever practice yoga, or any of the ancient yogic arts, perhaps they call this prana they've always understood that when we breathe, breathing and lifeforce energy, along with the physical elements and when we factor this prior access our whole energy field it's really amazing.

In 1929, a man called bottom was awarded the Nobel Prize for connecting the relationship between oxygenation or cancer cells. I'm not sure why the relationship between oxygenation diseases not more widely, because guess what we can oxygenate ourselves and in a conscious connected session, it gives you back the tool of your breath so that you can maintain your own health and exhale, the majority of our oxygen outside of our toxins are stored in our liver cells and other parts of the body.

So it's an incredible system that was set up not only to nurture and regenerate cells, but allow us to let go emotionally when we breathe out. So it's really amazing how effectively breathing supports and strengthens our immune system.
Right now, nothing could be more important than a really strong immune system. Surely, breathwork can be really deep and really powerful, taking you to places that you've never been before.

So Revelation to most of my clients, meditation can do one that's required in the mind of breath work for me. For many people, I know it's on a whole different level.  I may get shouted after saying it's actually I think it's a level up from meditation. And it's actually been meditators.
