As a perpetually positive instrument for helping people experience inner truth, Valerie Sanjali Irons is a living manifestation of going after dreams, one resounding baby step at a time. Much like the resonance from a crystal bowl, her upbeat energy spreads like a wave over everyone she meets. It’s no coincidence she now owns a Sound and Yoga studio in Sedona, Arizona.

Valerie is dedicated to divine healing through the arts. She is no stranger to forging sacred paths, having founded Bhakti Tribe Sedona in 2010, bringing kirtan to Sedona’s Red Rocks, and then founded Sanjali Healing Arts in 2018, offering sound alchemy, breathwork and mantra.

The benefits of sound, have always resonated with her, leading her to experiment with music. Playing African dejembe drums and striking crystal bowls made a permanent impression on her. But, it was experiencing the Soundwave Bed (now in Aumbase) that first struck a chord with Valerie to dive more deeply into the world of sound therapy. The bed is a high-vibe device and an instrument that fine tunes the human body, discording tension, blockages and stress from the body.

In an expression of honoring the divine with her voice and her heart, Valerie began to lead kirtan, then produced a kirtan album, which is available on Amazon, online at sanjali.bandcamp.com and in the yoga studio. She now offers kirtan at the studio on a monthly basis to connect people to Source via life-changing group experiences.

As a Shamanic Breathwork practitioner, she believes breathwork is the most potent form of transformation. Giving breathwork her own vibe, she incorporates sound alchemy into her sessions, as the icing on the cake.

To further spread the web of sound alchemy, she teaches Sound Alchemy Essentials – a 2-Day Playshop in which one can learn about the basics of sound frequencies, learn how to use the instruments, create a sound journey and work with clients.

In summer of 2019, Valerie took over Aumbase Sedona in her ultimate goal to inspire people to help them experience Source Energy. To help people open up to their creativity and go after their dreams, one baby step at a time.
