Newcomers to breathwork—whether “brand-new” or “pretty-new”: This two-part breathwork class will combine teaching about the breath and how best to use breathwork within guided sessions. The first will focus on relaxing breathwork routines. The second will guide you through a conscious connected breathwork experience. This type of breathwork offers a deep experience that can help release tensions stored in the body as a result of trauma. It can heighten creative ideas and new insights. Many find the experience truly transcendent, a significant part of their healing and growth.
I am a certified breathwork facilitator and have been a psychologist for 30 years. This background allows me, as your guide and coach, to create a safe and supportive space for you to go within, and then to integrate your experience in ways that move you forward in your life.
