# I can’t get past a certain screen on the sign up guide. What do I do?

If you are unable to get past a certain screen on the Listing form, we recommend you:

1. **Double check to make sure all fields all filled out** and that there are no red messages indicating incomplete sections (remember: you can go back and edit any section before going live!).

2. If you have completed all required sections on a screen and are all still unable to progress to the next screen, **send [a screenshot](https://www.take-a-screenshot.org/) to our support team**, by logging a [ticket](https://breathfinder.io/help-center/) and we are happy to help troubleshoot!
